ECHO HO

Making use of the natural scenery is the most vital part of garden design.
Ji Cheng, (The Craft of Gardens, 1635)

Echo Ho explores the field between art (visual / acoustic), design(musical Instruments, wearable devices), improvisation (performances) and site-specific narration (installations). Her interdisciplinary artistic practice creates a "borderline" - taking it's point of departure from one medium to the other, pushing the limits of more traditional creative and aesthetical orders, be it by employing underlying algorithms that resemble and re-model the behaviour of natural processes.

Echo’s work has been shown in ZKM Karlsruhe, Sprengel Museum Hannover and Beijing Millennium Dome, amongst others; and with Duo project - earweego, she has performed in various places in Europe and China, at make art Festival in France, Beethoven and Moers festival in Germany.
